MOJITOS/CAIPARIHNAS
The mojito is a traditional Cuban cocktail which became popular in the United States during the late 1980s, and has recently seen a resurgence in popularity. Caipirinha's are the national Brazilian cocktail and has a middle ground between the margarita and the mojito. Traditionally Mojitos are made from the muddling of lime, sugar and mint then rum and carbonated water. Caipirinha's like it's cousin the mojito is made with the muddling of lime and sugar, then cachaca which is a Brazilian Rum is added and finished off with Carbonated Soda.
Keatings River Grill has revamped it's drink menu to give you a taste of the Carribean. Enjoy a Strawberry Basil Caipirinha or a Watermelon Mojito while enjoying the boats drift along the river.
